Cyber Resiliency Center

Strengthening Georgia's Cyber Resilience

The Cyber Resiliency Center (CRC) is an Augusta University–affiliated, not-for-profit organization and statewide initiative of the Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center, dedicated to strengthening cybersecurity across Georgia’s critical sectors.

The CRC exists to help Georgia’s most essential organizations prepare for, withstand and recover from today’s evolving cyber threats.

Our mission is simple but urgent: to strengthen Georgia’s cybersecurity posture through equitable, cost-effective resiliency services and workforce partnerships, ensuring every community, rural or urban, has access to meaningful cyber protection.

As a public-serving, university-affiliated initiative, the CRC operates as a trusted, unbiased partner.

Who We Are & What We Do

The Cyber Resiliency Center provides practical, action-oriented cybersecurity support to organizations that often lack the resources to defend themselves against modern cyber risks.

While the CRC works with a network of preferred service providers and partners, we remain technology- and vendor-agnostic. This allows us to integrate any customer-preferred tools, platforms, or existing capabilities into a comprehensive cyber resiliency program tailored to each organization’s environment.

Real Threats, Real Solutions

Our work supports Georgia’s critical infrastructure and essential services, ensuring continuity, safety and public trust in the face of increasing cyber threats.

We focus on resilience, not just prevention, helping organizations:

  • Reduce cyber risk before incidents occur
  • Improve preparedness through assessments and planning
  • Strengthen response and recovery capabilities
  • Build long-term cybersecurity capacity through workforce partnerships

Who We Serve & Who Is Eligible

The Cyber Resiliency Center is designed to serve organizations that are vital to Georgia’s economy, health, and public safety, yet are often the most vulnerable to cyberattacks.

Eligible organizations:

  • Rural and community hospitals
  • Local governments and municipalities
  • Public school districts
  • Small- to medium-sized manufacturing companies

These sectors are increasingly targeted by ransomware, data breaches and operational disruptions. The CRC prioritizes organizations that face limited budgets, staffing constraints or geographic barriers to cybersecurity support.
