Academy Support Center

Establishing an active support relationship with an Academy Support Center is necessary for all academies planning to offer courses aligned to Cisco Certifications. Operational support also includes assisting and supporting with “run the business” activities. Assist and support academies with program and platform updates and changes. You can submit a case or use the chat feature to contact Partner Support.

Support Highlights

  • Assist new supported academies with the onboarding process using WebEx meetings or onsite visits. Assist with completing documentation, ordering equipment, and finding instructor training.
  • Assist supported academies with finding instructor training and setting up their classrooms and labs, including ordering equipment.
  • Provide access to a program orientation to administrators and instructors from supported academies
