The new Hull McKnight Building that recently opened, along with its companion Shaffer MacCartney Building, which is scheduled to open this December, will draw people from all around the country – and possibly the world – all year round.

As we have learned in recent years, the need for cybersecurity is everywhere – business, government, health care, our personal finances – anywhere there is information to be secured and activities to be controlled by computers and other information technology devices. The investment in the Georgia Cyber Center is a major step in making Georgia and Augusta a focal point for cybersecurity in the United States.
